@itvMLshow PCP terminated. My car finance company says I need to keep paying for road tax and insurance whilst I wait for them to collect it and could take months. Are they right as I don’t think this is required under section 99(1) of the consumer credit act?

@Emily_92 Sounds painful, I’ve given them plenty of notice, over a month for them to arrange collection they’ve already wasted two weeks. I won’t be insuring or taxing it or getting MOT unfortunately staff seem to be clueless. Glad yours got sorted.
