@AmazonHelp I’ve now returned 2 large items purchased with my Amazon CC, yet Amazon refunded both as gift card credit instead of back to my card. Customers shouldn’t be paying interest on returned purchases while Amazon keeps the refund as store credit. Extremely frustrating.
