@greateranglia @greateranglia the station staff said to contact you as only control can ask the train to make additional stops. And I spoke to the driver and he says he can stop at Kelvedon but needs your OK to do so.

@greateranglia Hi GA, there’s been a big gap in the rail replacement buses from Newbury Park to Ingatestone tonight. A very full bus due ingatestone 23:30 will miss the 23:27 Ingatestone–Ipswich train by minutes. Could you please hold the 23:27 from ingatestone for ~3 mins?

@greateranglia this morning I was witness to 2 of your staff members being assaulted by an aggressive fare evader who barged through the ticket gates at Liverpool Street station plat 14 - with no regard. I reported to both BTP & Met - can you check on staff make sure they’re ok.
