@easyJet Why when I book a flight do you take payment instantly but when YOU cancel the flight does it takes 7 days for you to process it to get a refund, so I can book another flight. A bill for interest is coming your way.... Not to mention car parking costs.

@virginatlantic - pre flight u have already exceeded my expectations. As someone who has flown >2000 times this VS400 to Dubai is in the top 5 WORSE ever.
Can't even get a simple seating plan and booking correct. The first but, unfortunately not the last, as I have a return.

@CityPlumbingUK buyers beware. They are taking payments immediately for goods on their websites that they then advise are discontinued and then of course it is taking days to get a refund.
Very disappointing service and one company to avoid

Easy to blame someone else , as they have done.
Plenty of other companies supplying the same products as you so next time I will not use yourselves.

Cannot find flight so contact Verifly who advise they do not support BA on this flight. So how do we now check in online?????
