@Specsavers very disappointed and concerned that it is acceptable to allow a hearing impaired customer on the @NHS go without batteries for the whole weekend! My local shop is always staffed and to collect batteries should not be an appointment service.

This is not my first problem encountered and I unfortunately know it will not be the last. Being hard of hearing is a disability and has recently been highlighted in the public eye admiralby by @RoseAylingEllis . @RNID I find it a concern how I have to purchase via @AmazonUK
