Earlier this month, @IAEAorg held its annual training on performance improvement for nuclear power plants #NPPs in #Vienna 🇦🇹, bringing together 18 participants from operators and regulators across 14 countries to exchange knowledge and share experiences.

What did the training on performance improvement for nuclear power plants provide?

A highly engaging platform for rich exchanges:
🔹on methods to further improve NPP operations,
🔹lessons learned,
🔹corrective action programmes,
🔹human performance analysis,
🔹observation and coaching,
🔹key performance indicators,
🔹leadership, and monitoring and
🔹benchmarking processes.
