I just made the switch to @useblacksmith after discovering their marketing claims are actually true! The automated tests for a large PHP app were taking 14:15 with an 8 core machine on Github. The same workflow only takes 5:22 on a 4 core machine with Blacksmith. Seriously good!
Yasss! Good to see AWS getting rid of security challenge questions. Such an annoying mechanism and utterly unnecessary in this day and age of U2F, passkeys, etc.
Hey @Bupa - do you guys realise your new digital identity sign-up process in Australia has been down all day? Getting a 500 error at the last step on a POST request to https://t.co/rPLrLjGdkO. A bit disappointing considering how expensive premiums are these days. 🫤

@CFDevelop PHP and either Symfony or Laravel. PHP is a great language these days and both of these frameworks offer great ORM options, awesome testing capabilities and tons of libraries for improving the quality of the APIs.
Dear front-end devs: can you PLEASE remove spaces from phone numbers and credit card numbers before applying validation on forms. Failing validation because of spaces (esp. trailing spaces) is completely pointless and creates unnecessary frustration and friction for the user.🤬
Hadn't used eBay for a while and forgot just how greedy they were. I recently sold two items for $281 in total and they charged me $74 in fees. 😬 And then they have the hide to pepper their site with frickin’ pop-up ads, greatly impeding usability. Unbelievable!
Software company: "We sell _____ that allows you to save money by automating this expensive, repetitive and time-consuming manual process".
Me: "You're into automation - that's great! So I assume you've automated all your software testing too?"
Software company: "Nah."

I was browsing around for a good network auditing tool for my home network and stumbled on a page on https://t.co/5fsNoY6ElR recommending SolarWinds as the best network security auditing tool. Nah, I don't think I'll be installing that any time soon!
