@aramosplasencia@Matthewh2122@LNER@LNER please can you tell us if we will be routed past the incident now? It's 0026 - more than 7 1/2 hours since we departed Kings X. Would be good to have any information on whether the train will be moving soon as seems other trains are
@LNER@ashleyvivien10 Is the line northbound completely open yet? We were at York for 3 1/2 hours where we could have been detrained onto buses / taxis and back home now. Instead we were advised to stay on train and now stuck in mid N Yorks at a standstill
@LNER please can you advise what passengers on the several trains at York should do. Your Twitter feed says replacement buses are running but the train managers say stay on train. We’ve been stuck for two hours now
@LNER@Oooh_Yellow_Car Appreciate these are difficult calls but would be good to know if we should decant and get taxis / buses before we it is v late into the night
@LNER@Oooh_Yellow_Car There are at least two LNER trains (and others from TPE and XC) sat in York awaiting confirmation from control of what to do. The train managers are asking people to stay on the train as there are no buses here. Confirmation is needed asap. We have been here for almost 2 hours
This is a niche TV nerd tweet, but in an overall terrestrial landscape of dwindling ratings and collapsing revenues, Channel 5 has had an amazing few years. An absolute laser-guided focus on its audience. Other channels have done amazing work too, but I think Five's success sometimes slips under the radar.
@northumbriana Newcastle has always been a little trigger happy on the demolition front. Pilgrim Street still, and has always had, many under appreciated buildings IMHO
A slot win for Channel 5 in key 9pm slot as 2nd ep of new series of #AllCreaturesGreatAndSmall attracts 1.9m viewers, just ahead of BBC1 drama #Crossfire, 1.8m. Also at 9, the top multi-channel programme of the day E4’s #MarriedAtFirstSight with 1m viewers, highest of this series
