@LNER Your website does not allow us to book tickets for under 5s.. "just come early to get an extra seat" = total chaos in our first class car to Edinburgh this morning trying to find a safe for our family of 4. So embarrassing and avoidable. DO BETTER FOR FAMILIES.

@mmvty start talking about what you'd need to know before they start to decline. Be aware of insurers, accts, drs.. If you have a trusting relationship, try to get HIPAAs & POA in place.. Tell them that doing this work with you now is the best ways to show care for your future self.
