@RIASInsurance Already cancelled! I have no time for poor service - companies like yours need to learn that some of us do not put up with it. It is 2024, digital tools have never been so sophisticated - you should be investing and ensuring they work properly.

@LNER Please do. There were still people pouring off the train and I saw he scooted straight up the lift. His colleague seemed fed up he hadn’t been out of his cabin since Wakefield. Not a single announcement either. I’m going to officially complain - what is the email please?
@LNER To update you. The guard was at the OTHER END of the train and scooted straight up the lift within 2 mins of the train arriving at Kings X. The kitchen / bar lady on the train said he hadn’t left his cabin since Wakefield. No announcements. How is this acceptable?
@LNER That will be a no then. There obviously has not been a single member of on-board staff on this service which is absolutely shocking. And to make people not be able to validate their tickets because of your own seat guarantee failure is terrible. Really appalling service.
