Hamas say 68,500 dead in Gaza - is it possibly they inflated this number? Of course.

Hamas fail to say that nearly half that number are dead terrorists.

Let's say 35,000 civilians were killed --that is 1.5% of the population. These are casualties of war. Nothing more. This means the combat to civilian death ratio is 1:1.5 (the lowest in modern war history). By contrast the American interventions in Iraq and Afghanistan were 1:9.

Genocide is a crime of intent. We know Hamas/Palestinians do want every Jew dead. This is intent.

By contrast, when Israelis held Yayar Sinwar in jail, he fell ill. They discovered a brain tumor. Israeli surgeons saved his life --despite him repeatedly sharing his genocidal intentions.

If Israel wanted to commit genocide against Palestinians, why not start at home with the 2 million Palestinians living inside of Israel? No atrocities have ever been reported by Israel's Palestinian citizens.

Taleb is just another antisemite with a massive ego (which frankly doesn't quite match-up to his actual perceived abilities/smarts).

Here's what actual genocide looks like:

Jews: 6,000,000 (50% of all Jews)
Cambodians: 2,000,000
Armenians: 1,500,000
Rwandans: 800,000

35,000 people dead in a war are casualties.

Bottom line: don't start a war you can never win and then complain about it. Period.
