@TTChelps as I turned around and walked back up to her, she waived her hand at me in a dismissive manner and told me “just go sit down” I don’t ride the TTC much since I got my license many years ago, but this kind of “customer service” is absolutely terrible. 3/3

@TTChelps just had a very unpleasant experience with bus op: # 87242 on the 985 at don mills stn. The LED board at the stn said next bus: 10 min. I got on and asked if we were gonna be sitting for 10 min or if the board was wrong 1/2
