​However, much like the by-election won by Hannah the Plumber, stopping Reform requires offering an alternative to the Starmer status quo - which Andy at least represented.

The singular focus for progressives must be preventing a Nigel Farage premiership.

​But what's clear is if Farage’s ascendancy is to be halted, Keir Starmer cannot remain as Prime Minister.

And whoever becomes Prime Minister must set Britain on a different economic path.
