@greybrow53 I have had two such companies set up at one of our addresses (mentioned in your post) and a company set up nearby with 1-letter difference from our own. SoS has agreed to name change. Taken CH over a month to send the letter to ask fake companies to change address.

@AmazonASGTG @amazon - There is a UK VAT number validator to authenticate VAT numbers and their registration details. This should be sufficient for Amazon around liability. HMRC will not divulge any further information than this.

I would tell them you expect it to be Xm pages - which it would be for my company and tell them you will only provide a physical copy for security and deliver them on pallets to their legal reps offices in a 40ft container.

I took Amazon to court previously for relatively low sums. Amazon had their external legal produced a 60 page defence to a $1 claim.
If you can’t fight what they want, give them everything they want. Printed and delivered on pallets in a 40ft container.

@EdwardJCarr @Havant_Enviro @HarryHamishGray There are various estimates on their build cost from starship but at the lower end at £2k. That’s 15 assets for 1 persons annual salary. They can operate 24/7. Even at their slow pace likely to be much more efficient, even allowing for insurance, running costs and vandalism.

@Amy_K_Nelson Amazon falsely accused me of criminality before (no where near the extreme they have gone to in this case) - knowing it was false.
I have also taken legal action against Amazon multiple times - including Amazon hiring external legal representatives who would be billing them 100x

@michaelpatron0 @seanfrank Just over a year ago we were about 85% revenue from Azn / eBay. We now are about 30% with remainder shopify. We are mid-7 figure sales.
Ads on website runs at 6-9% (with worse conversion than you). With shopify payment fees + advertising coming 5-9% points below Amz / eBay fee

@SellerShieldCA @amazon Things I took issue with was lost items not reimbursed. A-Z claims with proof of delivery that Amazon had reimbursed buyers for non receipt. Overcharging of fees. Incorrect calculation of reimbursements. Return of funds. Return of funds for items sold by them without consent.

Tracked 24 - 25% on time
Tracked 48 - 20% on time

Many international items from 20 Nov onwards with no scans at all.

- One transcript show responses to security questions were “inaudible” yet accepted.

- Amazon stated no further information held after I challenged them on types of information provided to SAR. Amazons legal reps handed over multiple items of personal info held two years later.
