I guess it's not really surprising at all, but I've realized a critical part of my favorite re-watchable movies are that I can listen to the soundtrack / score on repeat (and want to immediately watch the movies)

After deciding last year to see what it would be like to not use Amazon or Amazon-affiliated companies for gifts (or anything else), the difficulty there has been in finding reasonable alternatives has proven time and again that this is worth the effort
@accuweather can you please stop using subjective words like "pleasant" in your forecasts? This Friday is forecasted to be "pleasantly warm" at 76/60, instead of the historical average of 60/40, and I sure would prefer the latter...
I feel we're largely beyond the pale here anyway, but... Can anyone play devil's advocate for why "a religious exemption" is an actual reason to not take the vaccine? I'm seeing it largely lumped in with "medical reasons", which is... confusing at best
@DJTusk Now, if you do it irl and then have that experience again in your dream, I think an argument could be made you get a free legitimate second (etc) dive experience if your brain is good at fully recreating what it was like
@DJTusk If you haven't actually done it, your mind must be filling in the gaps on what it *thinks* it would be like to skydive. I say no dice. If you do it irl you can rate how good your brain was at predicting the sensation of skydiving, but I think that's about it
