@WestJet@WestJet how about travel scheduled for Aug 7? I've been on hold since the 6th. My understanding is I have until 2 hours prior to make changes and it's 3am and NO answer on the phone for 6 hours.

@WestJet "schedule designed to keep you moving" Ha! I booked a family vacation for 4 for the summer and within 2 weeks I'm notified that "there's been a change" now my advertised flight doesn't exist and my only option is to fly overnight with 2 young kids. Thanks for keeping me moving!
