I reached out multiple times, broke down the numbers, even lowered my ask to just $10,000 to keep my business running. Denied every time with the same copy-paste AI response. I have been a Shopify merchant since 2019, processed millions through Shopify Payments, maintained a dispute rate well below Visa and Mastercard thresholds and this is how they treat a long term merchant. I cannot pay suppliers. I cannot operate normally. Shopify is not protecting anyone with this hold. They are destroying the merchant trying to serve customers. Someone with actual decision making power needs to look at this.
