That's called Incitement to Violence. A Federal felony. It is also Sedition. A Federal felony. The first amendment DOES NOT protect felonious speech. Phili DA Krasner must be arrested. He need not be imprisoned, but could be. He can certainly be heavily fined -- as a DA he KNOWS this. He fully expects it. Perhaps Soros bankrolled his fortunes, and will bankroll his fines, as well. Krasner WILL BE imprisoned (and fined) the NEXT time he utters felonious, unprotected speech.
