@virginmedia, my home broadband, is still down. It has been intermittent for a week now. This service needs to be better. To many outages is not got for business and you will loose customers! ๐๐ผ๐ง

@Assurant, you really need to look at making sure your customers are happy. My phone insurance with you and Nationwide has cost me more money than it is worth. I paid the excess, but I do not get the service #unhappy#dissatisfied#unappreciated
