If you run a SaaS and you haven't published an llms.txt file yet, it's time.
Vercel did it.
10% of their traffic from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
One file.
Tells AI exactly what the product does, how it works, and when to recommend it.
Go to vercel . com/docs/llms-full.txt and see what it looks like. Then build your own.
This is the new SEO for SaaS.
And almost nobody is doing it yet.
Most founders check competitors once, see something interesting, then forget to look again for 3 weeks.
By then the pricing changed, a big feature dropped, or they pivoted quietly.
You miss the window to react. Sound familiar?
That's why I built The Stringer, it watches the sites you care about and sends you a clean weekly summary so you never have to remember.

Today my focus was on getting the Google sign-in option ready, and I had to add privacy and terms pages.
I also added footer links for easy access to privacy and terms from the landing page.
I realized the app didn't have delete account functionality, and now it does.
Really productive day: enhanced application configuration and added new pages for improved user experience.
- Added support for additional image formats and optimized CSS.
- Introduced new metadata and structured data in `layout.tsx` for better SEO and performance.
- Created new pages for About, Blog, and Use Cases, each with tailored content and metadata.
- Implemented a sitemap in `sitemap.ts` to include new routes for better search engine indexing.
