In Sheffield, the GTD specialist nurses have co-designed with patients a GTD ePROM. It has replaced our HNA. Nurses run holistic virtual clinics throughout follow up based on ePROM, alongside lab results of samples sent from home. #CancerQualityOfLife #LivingWithAndBeyondCancer
