@alexandrite113 Yes! High doses of Vitamin C (2000mg daily), H1 & H2 blockers and occasional oral cromolyn. Everyone is different in what works for them and it’s a lot of trial and error.

@ThePOTSPostman Yes, it’s dehydrating and used to cause me nerve pain. With a super clean diet and good supplement protocol, I would probably now be ok with one drink every so often, but I mostly completely avoid and have come to enjoy trying NA drinks!
@katiamek Yes, couldn’t agree more that there is no one size fits all approach. Each patient is unique in what will work for them and it often requires a ton of trial and error.

@ThePOTSPostman I also do salt tablets 2x/day (total of 2g). Everyone’s needs on this are different, but that helps me make sure I am always hydrated enough for my daily activities (~10k steps/day and I have a 4yo).
