@easyJet Chaos at Cologne Airport. People needing mobility assistance caged in three storey staircase to boarding area for Gatwick plane. 15 mons already. Really terrible. Zero customer service.

@waitrose Really frustrated five weeks on from my 84 year old Mum's last delivery, I still can't book her a new slot. She relies on deliveries as she can't drive and lives over a mile away. I'm doing her shopping instead. Sainsbury's are very pleased with the extra business 😀

Is it just me who can't get the @SouthernRailUK app to work? I even have a new phone, still won't work. It drains my battery, drops out and has no idea if my train is on route. Thank goodness for the @greateranglia app which can tell me if my @SouthernRailUK train has left Oxted.

@SouthernRailUK Yet again the one Southern ticket point at London Bridge is closed. My monthly ticket has stopped working and I can't sort it until the morning rush hour.... South Eastern's well staffed ticket office can't help despite being able to in the past. Progress???

@TLRailUK The 7.11 Thameslink from Upper Warlingham to Bedford missed its nightly clean. From where I am sitting I can see a Pret a Manger packet with a half eaten sandwich under a seat, a lettuce leaf, a yogurt top and a smear of barbeque sauce. Pleasant start to the day.....
