Keir Starmer has resigned as an MP, & I donโt blame him one bit. Why should he serve under the man who conspired against him to take his job? Starmer was & still is clearly in a different league. Iโll forever believe he was pushed out unfairly. May he breathe fresher air now.
-It is still Lake Ontario
-It is still the Gulf of Mexico
-It is still the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
-He is still a pedophile.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I can't believe what I just heard on the news, that apparently the government can't stop PC Harper's killers from coming out of prison. Of course they could if they really wanted to. They're in charge!
@oelma__ 20 although strictly speaking I only sat on s water bed. That was enough. I was supposed to be deciding whether to buy the house it was in att!
@charlotteukcity I think it shows how insecure Andy feels but that doesn't justify these actions. As you say,why not allow those doing a good job to carry on?
I am officially nominating Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) for the Nobel Peace Prize.
No President in History has ended the same war so many times.
Our Dear Leader has ended the war with Iran at least 38 times by CNNโs count.
No President has ever done this before.
And he is nowhere near finished ending it.
Itโs a record worthy of the Nobel committeeโs recognition. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
BREAKING: I've secured a parliamentary debate next week on banning all MPs' second jobs.
Farage has pocketed over ยฃ1 MILLION from outside "work" since the General Election
Being an MP is a full-time job. No MP should be out chasing lucrative second jobs.
Let's end this racket!
How is it so easy to bring down a good man and remove him from office yet Farage, clearly corrupt, is still in office?
He needs 10 years. As a minimum.
Iโm a bit out of the loop with the news. What exactly has Starmer done that he has to resign? It canโt just be because some people donโt like him because thatโs true of every prime minister ever.
@feistywomankent Calling Labour Party Members ๐น๐น๐น๐น๐น๐น
If you are a Labour Party member, why not send your complaint about the coup using the complaint form?
I just have. It's quite easy.

Sadly, I disagree with you entirely on this Liz.
Burnham and 'chums' have been planning this for a long time. They are the ones causing chaos. Make no mistake, it is a power grab by the left of the party. They would not get elected under their own steam as the Eurosceptic Corbyn proved, twice, and have chosen nefarious and opportunistic means to effect their ends.
This didn't happen overnight either, and purely as a result of some poor midterm election results. @joshsimonsmp didn't just give up his seat without plenty of forethought.
No, it was Machiavellian, long in the pipeline and, therefore, always going to be horribly messy.
Even if Starmer did step back, which I hope he doesn't, the moderates in the party will not simply roll over and accept Burnham's 'coronation'. Personally, I despise Burnham's underhand tactics and that makes him untrustworthy in my opinion, I suspect many Labour MP's do too.
In that event, other candidates will likely enter the fray, Darren Jones for example.
Starmer won a mandate, he is doing very well despite the MSM's reluctance to report on it, and I think he has the right to see it through - not least his considered efforts to pull us back closer to the EU whilst Burnham was vacillating on the subject during his campaign.
After all, it's only been two years, and after fourteen terrible years of the Tories.
Tell me, Liz, do you support Burnham yourself or simply not wish to see the party implode on itself?
Interested.
