@IcelandFoods my order was due to be delivered yesterday 5-7pm but apparently the delivery truck broke down. It was rearranged for 5-7pm today. The store says it will be delivered "tonight" yet as 19:45 it still isn't here...

@TUIUK after trying to call all day being told "we are busy, try later" I am finally in a queue at 18:30 to be told at 19:19 "we are closed"! £603 refund for a holiday passed yet am expected to pay £3400 for an upcoming holiday by tmrw but cannot speak to a human..disgraceful!
