@famontellano @stephanamayer @hoomankamel … don‘t forget all the patients that do not receive IVT because of suspected DOAC intake, where no lab tests are available…we just did tele IVT in a doac pt, nihss 15 to 1, M1 open until arrival at our CSC. level was only 22 ng/ml finally. Even those benefit!
