@flipkartsupport We waited for more than a month and product not picked up by them.When enquired Jeeves customer care,no proper response. They closed existing refund ticket, started new request for service.
Almost 6 months gone.
30+ calls & dozen of mails, no escalation,
@flipkartsupport Hi Team,
We requested for service from Jeeves for our VU TV during Dec'2023 since we purchased extended warrenty.
They visited couple of times & couldn't get spare parts.
Then started refund process during March,2024 and waited for a month.
