DEVELOPING: The NBA is discussing creating a tournament among lottery teams to determine draft order in order to stop tanking.

Keaton Wagler and Mikel Brown had huge growth spurts in highschool. Out of the top guards, I think they are the two most likely to grow an extra inch or two after being drafted.
@jordanmillerfan@S_Gomez_7@APH00PS@JeremyWoo Mostly projecting based on his priors, similar to how people are evaluating Darryn Peterson. Mikel was 3/4 range coming into the season. Good size, length, athleticism, possibly the best passing potential in the draft, and his range extends to the logo.
The Orlando Magic are expected to waive Jonathan Isaac, per @SeanDeveney
βHe would make good potential trade ballast, but the Magic are facing a cash crunch with Paolo Bancheroβs extension kicking in. The expectation is that the Magic will waive Isaac and stretch his $8 million cap hit. Trading him would cost Orlando cap flexibility.β

Give the bottom 4 teams the top 4 picks via a lottery, but tax the owners with heavy repeater penalties. Do not allow those teams to participate in the tv revenue sharing. Now see how many teams will willingly tank, especially for multiple years.
