@Hertz It’s not really a staff issue. You had more registrations taken in your system than there were cars to be given out. This is a corporate issue. The explanation “it is a holiday” is a joke. “Skip the line” is advertised everywhere by your brand and never honored.
Absolutely abysmal experience with @Hertz at FLL. Total system breakdown. Signs everywhere to skip the line but apparently that doesn’t count the week everyone actually wants to rent. Christmas break happens every year this time. Do better.
