@ATT i wish i could get ahold of a VP of customer care to talk about how messed up the system is. also, rajesh wouldn’t allow me to talk with a supervisor and i would personally like to see action taken.
@ATT still waiting on getting my internet setup. it’s been 12 days! i’ve talked with probably 4 supervisors and there’s still no traction. no eta on when it will be fixed. this is ridiculous.
