@Codie_Sanchez Probably true when internal drive is lacking or the culture is built on supervision. But it's possible hire folks with high internal drive and build a culture on outcomes. Then work-from-home does wonders for the right people.

Most of the log blocks are either missing or are incomplete. Haven't got a chance to deep dive into the root cause. Switched to otel to get logging in working state.
