We need help with our refund. Unfair practices and no communication tactics are being used by @makemytrip @goibibo Our airline @airarabiagroup has already refunded the amount and we have proof. Still, we are getting messages of only 50% refunds.

@Goibibo_Support @makemytrip @goibibo @dgca @GoibiboSupport Everytime a new customer support agent messages and tell us 24 hours. Nobody is doing anything or giving us a way to communicate. Do you guys even have agents to talk to the customer in such situations? How frustrating this is.

has deducted over 7k

Booking GOFLINTAJOW28750920 — Mumbai to Sharjah (Mar 1) was cancelled by the airline. Airline issued a full refund, but @goibibo is returning only 1/3 of it. Support calls go nowhere, only sales lines work. Taking this to consumer court @airarabiagroup @GoibiboSupport @VsGoibibo
