@DOStatus @DOStatus Where is our update?

[Jason Brook @jasonbrook]

@DOStatus @DOStatus Good to hear it is on the mend, this should never have happened a day and half for restoring access to block storage is totally unacceptable. I hope you are going to heavily compensate us users affected not only for the downtime but stress also!

[Jason Brook @jasonbrook]

@DOStatus @DOStatusCan you get someone to look at ticket #1402708 I am so close to getting the server back but now a snapshot is stuck.

[Jason Brook @jasonbrook]

@DOStatus @DOStatus @digitalocean Why is no one replying to my ticket #1402708? I just want my droplet booted!!!!!!

[Jason Brook @jasonbrook]

@digitalocean All back to normal now, and some account credit as well :) Would be good to revise this process to not power off the droplets though.

[Jason Brook @jasonbrook]

@mikebailey97 @digitalocean I am shocked by the fact they haven't bothered to contact me before shutting down all my droplets. Hope you get yours back soon.

[Jason Brook @jasonbrook]

@digitalocean Been 2 hours since you shut down my account with multiple droplets without notice and all sites are down still no reply.

[Jason Brook @jasonbrook]

@digitalocean You have just locked my account without warning and taken my business offline. Please respond to my ticket #1480322

Once again can't login to check energy bills. But am expected to pay my bill on time or be reported to debt collectors again! @SparkEnergyUK
