If the purpose of a virtual queue is to eliminate/reduce an actual queue, they have failed miserably. All of these people’s queues have already been called but they are not letting anyone in. My queue time expires in 20 minutes.
There are no CMs managing the line, none can provide any definitive explanation of what is happening, no one to answer questions. This is incredibly poorly managed, and it’s only a couple hours after they opened. Good luck if you got a return time later this afternoon!
Warning to all not to use @overnightprints - they advertise BITGIT - "Buy it today get it tomorrow" but it's more like "Buy it today get it Tuesday". Two days later the order is not even printed yet.
Crowd control at Fantasmic more than a week after reopening is still horrible. Can’t load fast enough to start the second show on time. Maybe because they only use 1/3 of the entrance pathway? This wasn’t a problem before. Did they fire everyone that knows how to make this work?
Remember when the Food & Wine menu boards had lights? What happened to them? Now guests have to use their phones to be able to read it. Don’t we all use our phones way too much in the parks already?
@dlnt Techs are out there. The reason they have problems hiring them is that they are not willing to work for the pittance that Disney is offering. That is not a result of heat or crowds or age of the attractions. It’s a result of penny pinching.
@dlnt When light bulbs or simple motors on a ride as technologically uncomplicated as Small World break, it’s not a heat issue and it’s not a crowd issue. It’s just something that needs maintenance. Whether they need more techs or more budget, it all comes down to money.
