@shanebacon The wind is some what of a factor but the rough is vicious. Most of us never play courses with 6 inch rough. I played Torrey close to the time of the US Open. I’m a scratch golfer and I shot 87 at Torrey.

99% of us Amateurs have no idea how to manage 4-6 inch rough.
