@yenkel Disagree that this is necessarily a bad thing. Raises the bar for integrating (i.e. you have to build proper software, such as authing your API requests, which he may not have been doing) and helps keep the system stable for everyone else.
@mayank_jee@marcusash I think you should assume "apps" here refer to OS apps (eg start menu, notepad, explorer, etc), not Office apps, as those have large teams of their own.
@edandersen Agree directionally, but disagree about outright banning, as I think one of MSFT's greatest strengths is the culture of dogfooding and of using competitors (and APL's lack thereof is one of their greatest weaknesses).
