@chong_am @USCCFoundation If you get past that step and into the dashboard page, it might hang up and look like it has stopped loading. I was away for a few minutes and came back and the page was fully loaded, including the link to apply for funding.

@chong_am @USCCFoundation Yep, it kept happening to me. I finally registered another email account and when I clicked the "validate your email" link and waited long enough, it brought up a SET UP PASSWORD screen and that worked. I think this is the only way to get it to work. Good luck!
