@currys The phone arrived 8 days after it was 1st ordered and 4 days after the 2nd order was due to be delivered. We have now been refunded (partly in vouchers which I am unhappy about).
Not a single part of the order went right but it is now resolved. I won't shop at Currys again.
A week later and there is still no sign of the phone ordered from @currys with supposedly next day delivery. No trace of the first phone order and money will have to be recovered through fraud at the bank.
2nd order delivered to the wrong place 3 days late. So still no phone!

We are appalled the current mayor is banned from standing as a @UK_Labour candidate after delivering his NE devolution deal pledge, giving a free run to a PCC who has not delivered pledges & won't respond to indep cllrs.
@VodafoneUK I got the service installed on 31 March and I was very pleased that it was finally connected on the afternoon of 4 April. Now I'm back off and I have no way to contact support. I am NE15. Is this a City Fibre or Vodafone outage?
Appalling service from @CityFibre. Installation booked between 8 & 1 on Friday 31 March. They appear at 3. Supposed to come back today to do external work and now not coming until tomorrow and I have to sit in all day again! I hope the service is better than the installation!
@CityFibre I would love to if you bothered to actually connect me. After having an 8 to 1 install time the engineers turned up at 3. Then they said they couldn't connect the cable because of a problem that required a cherry picker so could they come back on Monday. Where are they?
This weekend I have experienced @npnewcastle at its worst. Police station that no longer allows reporting of crimes and total disinterest in an apparent sabotage on an election campaign. No wonder people have little confidence in the police.
@StagecoachNE My wife was on no. 39 bus today. She got off at the Ramparts (just beyond the A1) but she left her bag (pink with brown handles) on bus when she got off at about 2.50. She is desperate to get it back as it has coursework in. Do you know if it has been handed in?
Cllr Hobson says it is a shame councillors won't hear the motion on universal credit after Labour councillors voted not to cover all the business on the agenda. You couldn't make it up. #nccmeets
