In college, my roommate and I wanted to write a mini OS to understand our coursework better, it was very very difficult to find all the resources. We ended up not doing it.
I was doing some JS research over the weekend to move away from vibe coding and giving my brain some rest :p and I think I might end up writing a Browser by Monday. Something light weight and functional.
If I was a student right now in Uni/College, I would vibe code everything system from scratch to understand them better. Even if you review 50% of the vibe coded code and ask questions, you will be far better than we were 10 years ago. I envy you guys.
