@nicoraytruth @covfefe_is Although I disagree 100% with what they did, it wasn't worthy of church discipline. The discipline should have been given through the university- students expelled or reported to police as vandals. The activists would have then set themselves up as free speech "martyrs."

After the demands of Justice have been met, then everyone receives the gift of resurrection through Jesus. That doesn't mean Hitler will mingle with Mother Theresa.

@enor_mal @Sola_GPT I've read many NDE accounts, but most about love. 1 guy said the mental torment he felt was horrible until he chose to repent and let light into him. Sounds quite like the experience of Alma in the Book of Mormon. We can SUFFER & turn to Jesus Christ in the spirit world.

@Sovereign_Beard @Lets_Talk_HC That's just silly. God knows perfectly how we will use our agency doesn't mean he will force it to happen. He knew Adam and Eve would disobey and prepared for our Savior from the beginning. He didn't force anyone.

@Sovereign_Beard @Lets_Talk_HC Believing in God's 100% foreknowledge is only good if you believe in premortal agency (we do) and a perfect plan of salvation where mercy and justice equally uphold God's laws for 100% the descendants of Adam and Eve (we do). Otherwise God is just a puppet master.

@Sovereign_Beard @Lets_Talk_HC We weren't naive or ignorant spirits when we chose to come to Earth. We knew the risks and injustices but chose to come because the reward is available for all who choose it thanks to the perfect equalizer in the postmortem spirit world, before resurrection.

@synthenergy @Grownded They can discuss how they received a release from God from the previous oath and felt permission for a new one. But to mock oaths you once reverently made with God doesn't prove the oath was contemptible, it shows how shallow you are as an oath maker.

@chaserracer3302 I don't know how it all works in heaven, but LDS doctrine has the best foundation to explain WHY gender is essential in eternity. WHY marriage between a man and a woman is a key for our eternal progress.

@ryanswalters73 @Mormonger We are all eternal. We are having a mortal experience, just as Jesus did. We don't know the Father's path to receiving a body, but we know & follow Jesus's path to gaining a glorified immortal physical body.
Jesus's time in a mortal body doesn't make him less worthy of praise...

@idk40003 @RestoredTruth8 The HG is in the Godhead so he has a divine role. Jesus created the earth with the N & G ones before they had bodies. I think the power they had was the authority & keys they were given from the Father. We're trying to relearn what we knew before we came to Earth. Maybe?

@nicoraytruth @ferrell_travis We wouldn't go that far. His knowledge before rejecting it was just basic. I wouldn't even say he's committed a sin that's not covered by the atonement, so Jesus will still be his Savior.
