It's now been 16 weeks @HM_Passport. After 6 phone calls, 2 emails to expedited service, 1 online inquiry, 1 online complaint and no returned calls from your progress team I still don't have a passport. Can you please help?

@HM_Passport 15 weeks since I submitted my application, you called me - after 4+ hours of hold I was disconnected at 18:35 when the office closed. What do I need to do to get my passport?!

They refer to 'you' but never household. Where does it say on Wimbledon's site we can't buy 2 tickets per code if sharing a household?

And interestingly they said tickets wouldn’t be put on sale again…. So what will @WimbledonTiks @Wimbledon do with all the tickets they’ve taken away from people?

@benprice84 @PatBeardmore @Wimbledon I had the same thing happen. @Wimbledon took away my Court 1 and left me with Ground Entry. Who sends an email at 8PM and isn’t available to answer the phone?
