@BBCNews is it worth catching up on the ongoing @TfL contactless debacle and the apparent 'hack' that's causing millions of customers to be without proper inventory for use of their services?

How about the hefty margin gains on charges for incomplete journeys that I can't claim.

@TfL You’ve double charged me for multiple journeys into London & I can’t get refunds as your contactless website’s been down since 12th September. You need to fix this! It’s not acceptable!!

@TfL system for contactless, oyster, 11-15 photocards etc is been down since at least September 2nd due to a cyberattack.

No updates, no media coverage after the first two weeks or so.

What is going on? 🤔

@ChristinaZandes Totally agree Reg. I'm still shocked at the transfer fee, etc. It's not his fault. The club are making some really big investments.

@BTBusiness Hello - I closed my account last year and returned the equipment as requested. I'm now being charged (6 months later) for not returning the equipment.

The customer service representative has just informed me that I needed to have retained the receipt and barcode

@TfL trying to plan a journey to Customs House tomorrow morning - and the line availability across is showing different across various platforms. TFL says we should be able to get to #Hyrox via the #elizabethline. Only closure is between Hayes and Harlington, through to Heathrow

@Citymapper, @googlemaps and @thetrainline are all giving me routes without the Elizabeth Line as an option and citymapper even reporting that the line is not working between Paddington and Abbey Wood. Am I going mad?
