"Scope creep" is a waterfall concept. If you're agile, scope changes continuously, maybe every few minutes, as you work. We start out with minimal scope; then scope grows as we release and talk to our customers. It's fundamental to the way we work—built into our methods.
Notice how PM Modi has conveniently stopped using the term “Smart Cities” now.
After setting up “Smart City” projects across India & embezzling crores, nothing took off.
The BJP now wants people to forget about it.
Just like the “bullet train”.
Really cool to be featured on the cover story "Doctor Influencer" in the Week Magazine, @TheWeekLive Health Special, out today!

Saying "I might be wrong" is not a mark of ignorance. It reveals the absence of insecurity.
Arrogance is a shield for a fragile ego. Humility is a sign of self-assurance.
It takes confidence to admit uncertainty. The people who are the most sure are usually the most insecure.

Changing your mind is not a sign of losing integrity. It's often a mark of gaining wisdom.
Realizing you were wrong doesn't mean you lack judgment. It means you lacked knowledge.
Opinions are what you think today. Growth comes from staying open to revising your views tomorrow.
