Reported an issue to @Uber_Support on the 16th. Got a reply after 4 days 😂💀 So much for Uber One’s “24/7 support”!

It’s not just about rides, it’s about customer support.

@rapidoapp_ , time to take the market! 🛵🔥 #Uber #Rapido

[Jay Bhavsar @jaybhavsaar]

What’s the point of customer support if no one responds when it matters most? This is extremely disappointing service. #Uber #CustomerSupport

[Jay Bhavsar @jaybhavsaar]

@Uber I scheduled a ride for midnight today specifically to avoid last-minute travel issues. Now the app says I must change my payment method or my ride will be cancelled, but it won’t allow me to change the payment method!

Why am I being put in this situation at the last minute

[Jay Bhavsar @jaybhavsaar]

@Uber @Uber_Support It’s been over 30 minutes since I raised this issue on X and through the Uber app, and there’s still no response. Your app won’t let me change my payment method and my scheduled midnight ride is at risk of cancellation.

[Jay Bhavsar @jaybhavsaar]

Customer support is useless — just sending replies like “team will contact in 24–48 hours” but no actual help. Even after having Care Plan membership, no priority support.

People, don’t trust discounts blindly — quality clearly compromised here.

Very poor experience with @1mgOfficial

Used to buy protein sachets earlier, quality was good. Bought 1kg pack now (28 sachets) — smells oily & tastes completely different.

Used only 4, feels unsafe. Support just gives 24–48 hr replies, no solution.

Need refund/replacement ASAP

Hi @amazonIN

Your app is broken — product images are completely failing to load on the homepage and Deals section. For your reference I share the screen recording.

Hey @_groww Love using your app and website.

Small suggestion: the tab UI on the Brokerage Calculator — Equity Delivery | Intraday | F&O — the active tab doesn't stand out clearly. A stronger highlight would make it much cleaner on mobile.

Jay asked,
What is the top speed of a car?

Raj replied,
It’s 499 kms per hour.

Jay replied,
That means,
Goa is just an hour away.

Raj said,
It’s not just the car.
It depends on other factors
Like road, traffic, rules too.

Morale
It’s not only your talent
It is the work environment,
That decides speed of your career.
