@ElizabethHolmes Some will tell you that deep sea mining has been authorised recently by the US. In reality it has been authorised in national waters (200 nautical miles) forever. Nobody wanted to do it because it's not profitable. The people behind TMC had a previous pump and dump at Nautilus.
