@macdogg306 @joyeb06 @WestJet I've spoken to 5 people. All say the hotel portion of our package will absolutely not be refunded due to government regulation? They've paid the hotel on our behalf so apparently can't get the money back 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey @WestJet - I've been DMing since yesterday. You've offered me a partial refund for a trip you've cancelled. Not good enough. I want a FULL refund. What good is a hotel if you've cancelled my flight to get there and refunded that money, but NOT the hotel, booked as a package?
