Hey @WestJet - I've been DMing since yesterday. You've offered me a partial refund for a trip you've cancelled. Not good enough. I want a FULL refund. What good is a hotel if you've cancelled my flight to get there and refunded that money, but NOT the hotel, booked as a package?

@WestJet denying our refund on WestJet vacation even though we fall within 3 of the 4 areas. No one is responding to email or messenger. Customer service tells me it’s a generic note. Please help

@BurnzyDustan @WestJet We were going regina to puerto Vallarta. For some reason they flew us to Saskatoon and now we are stuck here.
