7. Very few brokers will agree to that as it does not tag the lead to them in builder’s system and they won’t get paid if the lead is not tagged.

Always remember. Buying property is not a single party activity. Everyone’s benefits should be kept in consideration.

@ShivamVahia Shivam bhai. We can argue as much as we want on the semantics but if someone has to step out of premises and step into another one to continue to use the same service. Then it’s not seamless and it is poor planning.
