@BritishGas who can help me resolve a billing issue from my previous property? I have 9 bills & have made several phone calls & discussed on chat.Every time these bills are “cleared” another appears. I’m being asked for meter readings I have already given & no longer have access.

@BritishGasHelp An hour and half ago I was being passed to a prepay specialist. Still, nothing. I have been trying to make contact since 9am! I can’t believe how hard it is. Can someone just give me a call so I can have power to my house to feed my family, have a bath etc!

Over 3 hours later & still no response? I finally got through to someone via Northern Power & was promised an engineer would visit between 11am & 1pm. It’s 2pm…Moving in to a house with no electricity or gas with a 4 year old is not acceptable. Do I have to wait until Monday??

Beautiful sunsets, awesome North Pier, golden sand. I can also see why it gets a bad name but at the same time people don’t see the beauty.
