@Carfestevent - visitor car park was horrible tonight, only 1 young lad actively directing traffic, being shouted at/threatened by lots of v. angry people - dangerous driving in the dark as people struggled to the only exit. It took me 90mins - horrible ruined a good night.

@MrJoeJenkins 1) Exponential organisations - great overview & new questions top 5 2) measure what matters (life changing) 3) lean startup 4) new power 5) the hard things about hard things which is the memoir of a venture capitalist, not relevant to charity but best book I have read this year
